Walk With Me

Nature is sacred to me. It’s powerful. Healing. Magical. It’s where I reconnect with myself. It’s how I stay grounded and centered. My favorite way to get out in nature is by walking a long distance trail — whether that’s three days long or eight. There’s something magical about being out in nature for hours on end…and then repeating it all over again the following day.

I’m looking to take women out walking on a long distance trail for a truly transformational experience.

Is this right for you?

Relax

Relax and unwind on a long distance trail. Life slows down on the trail and flows from go-go-go into Nature Time.

Reconnect

A long walk in nature allows you to go within and reconnect with yourself and all the things that are most important to you.

Reboot

Getting out of your usual routine and into something completely different will open you up to new possibilities.

Renew

You’ll get back on track and return home with new ideas and a new vision for how you want to live your life.

Challenge yourself

My first long distance hike was the 100-mile South Downs Way, in 2015. Despite being an avid day hiker, I learned that walking for multiple days in a row was a challenge. It took me out of my comfort zone, but it also opened me up to a whole new experience of going deeper into nature, and deepening my connection with myself. In 2016 I walked The Ridgeway, and the experience was even more magical and transformational.

In 2019 I walked the South Downs Way for a second time, and I did the same in 2020 with the Ridgeway. I was able to apply everything I learned on my first journeys, and these two experiences were even more powerful than the first ones.

This is what I want to share with you: an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through walking a long-distance trail.

Transform Your Life

I’m a certified coach, and if you’d like to bring a particular issue to work on during our walks, you’re welcome to do so. I can help you to get clarity on what you’d rather be experiencing in life, and how you can achieve that. I also specialize in doing deep mindset work, which can help you to get the belief system you need to do the things you want to do in life.

...Or You Can Simply Enjoy

If you'd rather just focus on the walk itself and being out in nature, that's perfect, too. We'll be experiencing the glory of nature in all its forms: the good and the bad. This is England, so that means weather is unpredictable, and we'll be walking rain or shine. That's why it's so important to plan ahead and carry the right gear. I'll help you fully prepare for the journey so you can enjoy the experience.

This is NOT for you if…

  • You don’t really consider yourself the adventurous type.
  • You hate the idea of walking in rain (we’ll be walking rain or shine).
  • You’re not reasonably fit and are incapable of walking 3 or more days in a row.
  • You like everything to go as planned and unexpected change makes you grumpy.
  • You don’t have the appropriate gear and aren’t willing to invest in it.
  • You can’t handle the thought of having a wee in the woods (there are no toilets out on the trail!)

This is for you if…

  • You’re ready, willing, and able to experience an adventure.
  • You love nature and are curious about going on a multiple day hike.
  • You’re reasonably fit and capable of walking 3 or more days in a row.
  • You’re flexible and open to unplanned changes on the trail.
  • You’ve either got appropriate gear or are willing to invest in it.
  • You’re totally okay with using the nature loo (there are no toilets out on the trail!)

Your Investment

The cost of a long distance walk varies based on how many days we'll be walking and the type of accommodation we stay in. Generally speaking, for a 3-day Downs Link walk you can expect to spend £995, which includes your meals, accommodation, and my assistance/coaching. For an 8-day National Trail such as the South Downs Way or the Ridgeway, you can expect to spend about £2495. These estimates are subject to change based on the specific walk that you choose.
