I’m still working on the final touches on my Create Your Incredible Year Business Edition, and I’ve still got quite a bit to do on my Life Edition. There’s a part in the Life Edition where you choose twelve oracle cards for 2013, one for each month. There’s a place to make note of the card’s title or meaning, and to add a little description underneath.
I don’t tend to use oracle cards very often, though I purchased two decks of them back in 2011 when I took my spiritual coaching course. Sometimes I forget I even have them. But when I use them, I always receive the precise message I need to hear, even if it doesn’t make sense at the time…it always does later.
The cards I pulled for 2013 were amazing.
I couldn’t have chosen them better myself if I’d been looking at them face-up as I chose (I did the reading by choosing the cards with the face down). They are absolutely perfect: everything that I want for 2013. And I know this because yesterday, as part of a friend’s birthday outing, I made my 2013 vision board. It’s A3 size, bigger than my previous boards have been (I’ve always used A4), and it fits perfectly on the wall behind my desk.
Some of the themes in my board are similar to my previous board: lots of nature, trees, and water. And there are a lot of new elements as well: new ideas, self care, and healthy eating. Painting, color, and gardens. Healing, writing, and traveling. Greens and blues dominate this board, as they did my previous board. I love it.
