I originally met today’s guest, Jo Casey, not that long ago. She’s actually a podcast listener and a coaching client of Kate Courageous, and that’s how she found out about Socially Holistic. I received a message from her via my contact form on my website, and when I checked out her site, I felt an instant connection. I wanted to know more!
Jo’s motto is ‘Work Happy’. She helps people beat stress by building their resilience – so they can LOVE their work.
Whether you’re a freelancer, business owner or work the ’9-5′ your work should be a source of joy and enrichment – but instead so many people are stressed out, overworked and feeling unhappy.
There’s a much better way! Jo teaches practical ways to increase your resilience, reconnect with your purpose and rediscover the joy in your working life.
Her client lists includes The Welsh Assembly Government, The NHS, The National Patient Safety Agency, Peugeot Motors, Barclaycard, Daimler Chrysler, BT, and Toyota Motors. And she’s also worked with some of the coolest entrepreneurs and smaller organizations around too.
What You’ll Learn
